Welcome to my blog!

I like to think of myself as a mix between The Pioneer Woman and a broke college kid with $5 until Friday.

​

I originally l started my journey in 2017 and had amazing results! Maybe that's when you found my blog. We've been through some stuff, am I right?! Then I fell off the wagon - hardcore - like straight into the mud, then the wagon backed up and drove over me again. I gained all of my weight back and then some. My depression kicked into high gear and I ate worse because I was unhappy and I was unhappy because I couldn't stop eating.

 

I've tried every pill, shake, patch, personalized eating plan and anything you can think of besides crack. Nothing has worked, which leads me back to this blog. I want a place to hold myself accountable, share my journey and my favorite tips and recipes! If you followed me before you'll notice I changed things up a bit and deleted all of the previous blog posts - It's time for new beginnings!

We are always on the go so these recipes need to make more than one serving and be extremely quick and easy ... Did I mention I'm a cheap ass?
